Effective Monday, April 4, we have made an update to our drive thru hours at our main branch. Our drive thru is open at 8:30 every morning. We will close at 5pm on Monday-Wednesday and will remain open until 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

You have control! HCP Online Banking and Mobile Banking app have a security feature built-in that allows you to turn your debit and credit cards off and on.

We sadly see members impacted by financial scams every day. The best thing you can do, on an individual level, is to teach yourself how to spot a scam.

Scammers use email or text messages to trick you into giving them your personal information. They may try to steal your passwords, account numbers, or Social Security numbers. If they get that information, they could gain access to your email, bank, or other accounts. The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center reported that people lost $57 million to phishing schemes in one year.

There has been an increase in fraudulent phone calls affecting our members! The calls appear to be from our credit union that can put your account and funds at risk! It’s called Caller ID spoofing. Caller ID spoofing is the process of changing the Caller ID to any number other than the actual calling number.
