Who Can Join?

  • Any person working in the health care profession in the following counties:
    * Indiana: Wayne, Fayette, Rush, Henry, Union, Franklin, Randolph
    * Ohio: Darke, Preble

  • OR Someone in your immediate family is already a member of HCPFCU. Immediate Family includes: spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, and any adopted relationship.

Once you have established membership, you’ll be able to conduct financial business online, in person, by phone, mail, ATM or from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection! Even if you move away, your membership can go with you!

 Many members enjoy our online banking options.  Please see below for instructions on how to sign up.  NOTE:  We also have Mobile Apps available to access your online banking account at the top of the screen.

  • Launch our Online Banking Tool

  • Follow the on screen instructions

  • Having trouble? You can also call us at 765-962-3172 during business hours for live help. 

  • Once you enroll in Online Banking you can also start using our BILL PAY feature.  

    • With Bill Pay you can organize and pay your bills online anytime

    • Schedule payments – single payments or recurring payments

    • Access your payment history – all of your transactions are stored in one convenient location




E-Statements are a 100% free, convenient, and secure service providing online access to your HCPFCU account statements. Your eStatements include all the same information as a paper statement, with the benefit of receiving it on your computer.

The benefits of e-Statements:

  • Receive statements faster and safer than through regular mail

  • Save time and reduce paper clutter

  • Access a two-year history of your statements, beginning from the first month you sign up

  • View your statements in easy-to-read PDF format

  • Reduce amount of private information in your mailbox that is susceptible to theft or tampering

  • Print your statement if ever a paper copy is needed

  • Help save some trees while reducing HCPFCU's operational expenses

Skip A Pay


We know that even a carefully planned budget can sometimes be strained. Our flexible Skip-A-Payment program allows for members to skip a payment on any HCPFCU loan in good standing up to 2 times every calendar year for a $25 fee.

Overdraft Protection


Have you considered the benefit of our Overdraft Privilege Program?

There is no charge to be a part of the Overdraft Privilege Program; however, you are charged a small fee if your account goes negative. If you are taking part in the program, your Point-Of-Sale transactions, ACH and ATM transactions along with your Share Drafts (limited to a maximum of $500.00 negative balance) are never returned for insufficient funds. There is an $20.00 fee per transaction but you never suffer the embarrassment of a returned check.
