Fraud Phone Calls!

Members have reported receiving calls from NORTON support saying they need to remote in to fix your computer. NEVER trust unsolicited (incoming) calls. Protect Yourself!

Protect Yourself!

  • Never give control of your computer to anyone who contacts you. If you receive a call about a computer problem, hang up. If you suspect something is wrong with your computer or believe the scammer obtained access to it, bring it to a reputable company for a malware check. Call the credit union immediately so we can assist with monitoring your accounts.

  • STOP before you wire money or give payment info! If you are asked to wire money from a recent deposit or overpayment, discuss the situation with the credit union, trusted friend, or family member.

  • Don't trust phone numbers provided in a text, an email, voicemail, or on social media. If you want to call the company, use the customer service number on their official website.

Your actions are the best defense in protecting your accounts from fraud!
