Use your debit card any place that displays the VISA logo and the funds will be deducted from your checking account!

 

How to Activate Your Card

Enclosed with your new debit card will be directions to help you activate it. When you receive your new debit card, you can call the number on the card's label to activate and set up your PIN (Personal Identification Number).

You should not share PIN with anyone else. Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point of sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Remote Control

Our mobile banking app allows you to turn your debit card on and off and protect it from unauthorized use. Simply log in to the HCPFCU Mobile app from your mobile device and select Remote Control Cards from the menu. Turn this feature on and off as you travel or if you temporarily misplace your card.

Active: When your card is in “active” mode, it’s ready to use!

Disabled: Places a temporary block on your card. Transactions will be denied until you reactivate your card. You may reactivate your card at any time in the mobile app. Please contact the credit union if you need a replacement card.

Digital Wallet

Our HCP Visa Debit Card can be added to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Visit our Mobile Wallet guide for tips.
