How do I contact the Credit Union?

We have two branches to serve you as well as our 24/7 online banking. Our main number is 1-765-962‐3172. You can also contact us via Live Chat on our website.

Can I move my accounts from another institution?

We use ClickSwitch, which automatically helps you switch your accounts from other banks, transfer Billpay settings, and automatically switch direct deposits. If you need access to ClickSwitch, please contact Heather Rauthe at 765-962-3172.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Having your paycheck, Social Security, or annuity checks deposited automatically saves you time. With direct deposit, your funds will be available on a consistent and timely schedule, delivered securely to your checking or savings account.

PAYCHECK DIRECT DEPOSIT: Start by filling out your employer’s Direct Deposit Form, or use our form (PDF) and return it to your employer’s payroll department. 

How do I order checks?

FAQ: Savings & Checking Accounts

Your membership started with a minimum of $5 deposited into a savings account. From there, you can add additional accounts and services you may need. Please contact us if you need to set up other accounts.

Account options include:

  • Savings Account ($5 minimum deposit)

  • Checking Account ($25 minimum deposit, no monthly fee)

  • Teen Savings and Checking (age 13-17) (With Debit and Credit Card options)

  • Kids Savings Account (age 0-12)

  • Special Savings (such as Christmas Savings Club)

  • Shared Certificate (CDs)

  • IRA’s

 

How do I set up a kid's savings account?

We offer Kids Savings Accounts for children age 0-12. With a $5 deposit, you can get them started on the road to savings! Kid's accounts require a parent or guardian as a joint owner. To enroll your youth as a member, please use this form or call us at 765-962-3172 for assistance. 

How do I set up a teen/student account?

We have a unique program for teens aged 13-17 and students aged 18-23 (who are dependents and enrolled in college or continuing education) to help them establish credit and gain financial skills before graduation. Teen and Student accounts require a parent or guardian as a joint owner.  Sign up / Learn more. 

How do I sign up for Change Saver - Debit Card Round-Up?

Save automatically with our debit card round-up program! This free service rounds up each debit card transaction to the nearest dollar and deposits the difference into a special “Change Jar” savings account. Saving is automatic! Sign up here. 

How do I sign up for Over Draft Protection?

There is no charge to enroll in the Overdraft Privilege Program; however, you are charged a small fee if your account balance goes negative. Learn more: Program information and opt-in form.

Can I use Apple Pay / Samsung Pay / Google Pay?

Yes! You can add your HCPFCU Debit Card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay to securely pay for purchases. Just save your card information to the digital wallet of your choice, and you’re ready to go!

How do I apply for a loan?

You can apply through our online banking portal, via our mobile app, or by calling us at 765-962-3172. You can also use our external loan forms.

How do I make a loan payment?

You can set up automatic payments or transfer funds between accounts to make loan payments via online banking or our mobile app. For help, please call us at 765-962-3172. 

How do I apply for a Credit Card?

How do I access my HCP Credit Card Account?

  • You can manage your credit card within online banking and our mobile app.

How do I request a Loan SKIP PAYMENT?

Our Skip-A-Payment program allows members to skip a payment on HCPFCU Auto Loans and Personal Loans. 

  • Account must be in good standing

  • There is a $25 processing fee per skip-a-payment

  • You may request up to two skip-a-payments per loan per year

  • Skipping a payment will extend the loan term that was originally disclosed on your loan documents
