New HCP ATMs Are Coming Soon
We’re upgrading our ATM service with brand-new terminals to provide an improved experience for our members.
One new ATM is already up and running at the new Reid Health facility in Connersville. Two additional ATMs will be installed soon:
Main Branch ATM: Installation scheduled for July 27
1100 Reid Parkway ATM: Installation scheduled for July 28
To prepare for these upgrades, the following ATMs will be temporarily unavailable:
Main Branch ATM: Out of service beginning July 24
1100 Reid Parkway ATM: Out of service beginning July 27
Members will continue to have access to surcharge-free ATMs through the Alliance One and CO-OP ATM networks. Our ATM locator has been updated to help you find a convenient surcharge-free location. Find an ATM here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my debit card still work?
Yes. Your HCP debit card will continue to work as usual.
Can I still use MoneyPass ATMs?
HCP is no longer affiliated with the MoneyPass ATM network. While your card may still work at those ATMs, surcharge-free access is no longer guaranteed.
Where can I find surcharge-free ATMs?
Use the Alliance One and CO-OP ATM locators on our website to find a nearby surcharge-free ATM.
