Where do I find old Statements?

Old Statements: Access to our old online banking tool, Perfect Teller, is available to view and download past statement. This read only access will be available for the remainder of 2019. You can access Perfect Teller here: Flash Version NON Flash Version

How to sign into online banking for the first time:

  1. Enter your USER ID: Your USER ID is your Account Number. (Your account number has not changed. This would be your account number you have always had with HCPFCU).

  2. Enter your Password: For your password, enter the Last 4 digits of Social Security Number of the Primary Account Holder,

  3. You will then be prompted to update your password to gain access to your new online banking portal.

  • Where do I find the mobile apps? Search “HCPFCU” in Google Play and iTunes. You can also link directly from here:

    iPhone: Apple iTunes

  • BillPay: Access to BillPay is available via desktop, but not currently working in mobile apps. We are working on this.

  • Remote Deposit: This feature is coming to mobile apps. We expect this to be available around April 1, 2019. We’ll be sharing updates with members when it’s live. Thanks for your patience!
