FAQ: New Online Banking

How to sign into online banking for the first time:

  1. Enter your USER ID: Your USER ID is your Account Number. (Your account number has not changed. This would be your account number you have always had with HCPFCU).

  2. Enter your Password: For your password, enter the Last 4 digits of Social Security Number of the Primary Account Holder,

  3. You will then be prompted to update your password to gain access to your new online banking portal.

  • Where do I find the mobile apps? Search “HCPFCU” in Google Play and iTunes. You can also link directly from here:

  • Mobile Error Message: Are you getting an error message when logging in for the first time via mobile app? If you are getting a mobile error - log into your account on desktop first, then log into the mobile app.

  • BillPay: Access to BillPay is available via desktop, but not currently showing in mobile apps. We are working on this.

  • Old Statements: Access to our old online banking tool, Perfect Teller, is still available in read only mode. It is read only and no new transactions are being posted there. However, we worked out an arrangement with our old provider so members could log in to see past transactions and see / download past statements. This read only access will be available for the remainder of 2019. You can access Perfect Teller here: Flash Version NON Flash Version

  • Dividend Payment: You may see a dividend payment on your account. We normally distribute dividend at the end of each quarter (March 31, 2019). Because we transferred to a new banking system, we dispersed dividends for Jan 1 - Jan 31, 2019 early to your accounts. You will see another dividend payment for the remainder of the quarter (Feb 1 - March 31, 2019) at the end of the quarter.

  • Remote Deposit: This feature is coming to mobile apps. We expect this to be available around March 1, 2019. We’ll be sharing updates with members when it’s live. Thanks for your patience!

  • Email Notices:

    • If you received an email notice stating that you have been rejected for Bill Pay, please disregard. We were deleting duplicate entries.

    • If you received an email notice that your loan was delinquent, please disregard. Our old system generated this message and does not affect your account.

  • ATM Fees: Some members received a .50 cent charge for network ATM use in the last few days. This was an error. We have refunded those charges. If you still see an ATM charge on your account, please let us know and we’ll refund that for you.
